With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word “l(fā)ow-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on. Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “l(fā)ow-carbon” lifestyle.

隨著環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的傳播，“低碳這個(gè)詞在生活中變得很受歡迎。在許多方面都可以找到它，如低碳產(chǎn)品，低碳消費(fèi)，低碳旅游等。總之，越來(lái)越多人提倡“低碳”生活方式。

As implied in the name, “l(fā)ow-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as much as they can.

就像名字暗示的那樣，“低碳”的生活方式，是一種旨在盡量降低生活中二氧化碳排放量的新型生活方式。例如，一些上班族不再以開(kāi)私家車(chē)上班回家自豪，而是騎車(chē)或乘坐公共交通工具而感到驕傲。此外，他們提倡循環(huán)用水，盡可能多的節(jié)約能源。

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon dioxide and lead them to lead a “l(fā)ow-carbon” life.

作為大學(xué)生，在日常生活中我們也做了一些貢獻(xiàn)來(lái)減少二氧化碳的排放。例如，在離開(kāi)的時(shí)候關(guān)燈，節(jié)約用水。而且，我們應(yīng)該利用我們的.知識(shí)，采取行動(dòng)來(lái)引起別人對(duì)降低二氧化碳排放的重要性的關(guān)注并引導(dǎo)他們過(guò)“低碳生活”。

低碳生活英文作文(二)：The Low Carbon Living

Today's society is a highly developed technological society. But, as is known to us , all our environment is getting worse and worse.

In some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats. so a low carbon life is becoming more and more popular among people. A low carbon life can be of great use for us . Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide. But what should we do for it ?

In my view , First of all, as students, we should go to school on foot instead of driving a car. Cars not only let out carbon dioxide but also waste energy. Second ,we had best not use plastic bags which can bring about the white pollution. We should use the environmentally-friendly bags. Third, it's of great use to plant trees. Trees can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Now we can from our own, to promote low-carbon living.

From now on we started operations! I believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

低碳生活英文作文(三)：The Low Carbon Living

In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon life. It needs us to do something practically. If everyone can keep this lifestyle from now on, it will greatly change the situation and our home would become more beautiful.
