　　I. 第一段開頭：寫信的目的（purpose） 開篇點題，交代消息來源、寫明寫信的目的. 常用句式:

　　II. 第二段：自我介紹 （self-introduction） 介紹個人簡歷，重點放在與所申請的工作相關的知識技能的介紹上，要有詳有略.

　　介紹能力的常用句型：
