附1：如果賣方國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)鋼材價(jià)格浮動(dòng)小于或等于±5%，以上產(chǎn)品價(jià)格不作變動(dòng)；如果鋼材價(jià)格浮動(dòng)大于±5%，由買賣雙方協(xié)商價(jià)格變動(dòng)幅度。以下列出所用主要鋼材現(xiàn)行價(jià)格：

附2：如果人民幣與美圓匯率在7。5～7。7區(qū)間浮動(dòng)，以上產(chǎn)品價(jià)格不作變動(dòng)；如果匯率浮動(dòng)超過(guò)此區(qū)間，由買賣雙方協(xié)商價(jià)格變動(dòng)幅度。

正式定單：在買方確認(rèn)樣品及正式定單后，賣方收到外匯現(xiàn)金一定時(shí)間內(nèi)裝運(yùn)，具體時(shí)間根據(jù)訂單確定。
