寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)
①口頭通知一般是由一方向另一方口頭傳達(dá)的
通知，敘述表達(dá)盡可能口語(yǔ)化，簡(jiǎn)潔明了，說(shuō)清意思就行。
②口頭通知不用寫(xiě)通知時(shí)間和發(fā)通知的單位。
③口頭通知一開(kāi)頭可有稱呼語(yǔ)，具體因通知對(duì)象
而異。常用的稱呼語(yǔ)有“Comrades and friends”、“Boys and girls”、“Teachers and fellow students”、“Ladies and gentlemen”，也有的不用開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)，直接開(kāi)始。 ④口頭通知的一些常用的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)和結(jié)束語(yǔ)。
