　　游戲在英語課堂上的重要性都快比得上水之于魚了，很難想象一堂課上，如果沒有了游戲，該怎么繼續。不論高年級還是低年級，在游戲中學習都是一種十分有效的學習方式。低年級學生好動又好勝，游戲能讓他們在動身體的同時動腦，并且享受成功的喜悅。高年級的課堂相對而言比較乏味，適時的游戲會是絕佳的作料。好的游戲能讓一堂沉悶的英語課活躍起來，是學生學習的興奮的藥劑。

　　一、游戲的安排應講究一個“適”字，適時、適式、適度。

　　（一）適時組織游戲

　　看準時機，針對學生的實際安排合適的游戲形式。

　　1.讓學生從思想上盡快進入英語課堂，游戲導入是個相當快捷、有效的方法。我們可以安排listen and do，listen and point，look and say，flash and say等操作簡單，但具有檢查性質的游戲。學生在玩游戲的同時，復習了舊知識，情感上也得到了體驗。而從這些舊知識的復習，我們可以自然過渡到新知識的傳授，溫故知新，以舊帶新，一舉兩得。

　　2.在復習鞏固階段，最忌諱的是機械操練。游戲能使復習變得生動。比如我們學了一系列水果以后，安排老師拿一個水果，學生說出來的環節，但反復幾次之后，學生的積極性就會減弱。這時，我們安排游戲Who is missing？Who is fast？Magic eyes等，學生的積極性就會立刻恢復，一只只小手又會爭先恐后地舉

　　起。

　　3.當學生的臉上閃過“無聊”、“困惑”的痕跡時，游戲可解“燃眉之急”。高年級的學生面臨背單詞、記單詞的難題。如果不講究方法地死記硬背，不但效果不好，學生的興趣也會逐漸降低。在這個階段，如果能幫助他們掌握正確的方法，促使他們主動背單詞，就會對他們以后的英語學習有很大的幫助。單詞接龍、吊死鬼、尋找共同點等游戲，不僅讓學生始終處于積極思考的狀態，而且能提高他們課后記單詞的興趣。

　　（二）適式組織游戲

　　有些游戲的'可用性很強，如copy不走樣等游戲，無論什么內容，都能套用。但有些游戲，卻不是什么內容都合適的。教師要學會使用最恰當的游戲，如flash and guess這樣的游戲僅適合單詞教學，而不適合鞏固句型。

　　不同年齡階段的學生，對游戲的口味也不同，我們要學會投其所好。低年級的學生喜歡趣味性強的，如copy不走樣，high voice and low voice能引起他們參與的欲望。而高年級的學生則喜歡探索型的游戲，比如bingo、加減運算對抗賽就很受他們的歡迎。

　　（三）適度組織游戲

　　二、游戲的組織，還要講究一個“變”字——以不變應萬變。

　　（一）巧設陷阱

　　同一個游戲“發口令，做動作”，一般都是教師怎么發，學生怎么做，最多讓一個學生發，其他學生做，偶爾做做反口令，分組進行比賽。做多了，學生的好奇心沒有了，游戲就變成了機械操練。如果設幾個陷阱，就會有“眼睛一眨，老母雞變鴨”的效果。趣味性的調節就是教師在做動作的時候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的動作，眼神一定要是那種壞壞的，然后突然變成“起立”，讓學生產生和教師斗下去的欲望。師生成了“敵人”，而游戲就成了“戰爭”。把動作和語言結合起來，邊做動作邊說，動作和口令有時一致，有時不一致。在訓練學生對所學知識掌握的同時，還訓練了學生的反應能力。

　　（二）變換速度

　　隨著學生對知識的掌握逐漸加深，訓練的速度可以逐漸加快，這不但適合學習的規律，還使原本枯燥的操練重新顯出生氣，學生逐漸淡化的新奇感又被激起。

　　（三）獎勵機制的運用

　　在教育中，我們能體會到表揚和激勵對學生起的作用比批評更大。在老師的激勵下，學生的探索精神更易發揮，更容易學會原本以為很難學的東西。我常常采用口頭表揚，認為給學生物質獎勵會使他們變得功利，但在同事們的感染下，偶爾嘗試獎勵，也取得了很好的激勵效果。我用小五星激勵學生，常常搞得自己整個黃昏剪五角星，有時，一節課獎多了，自己還有點心疼，最重要的是用多了學生還不稀罕了。其實我們可以嘗試用加分的方法，注意分值有區別，加分要敏感，時時注意給學生以表揚，讓學生得到認可。這樣一來，不但讓自己得到解脫，更使獎勵更具可變性。

One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?

　　Nevertheless, one cannot foresee the future. Accidents do happen. For example, a car may suddenly appear in front of you. At such times, if you did not have the steering wheel, how could you make a sudden turn? Just as no one could foresee the Sichuan Earthquake nor the Japan Tsunami. If the one being trapped under the debris did not have faith, he/she would not have survived until being rescued. If we did not have faith, we could not recover from our sadness and rebuild our home.

　　Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.

　　Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel of your car, drive on, and reach your destination.

　　Honorable Judges, fellow students:

　　Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?

　　The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

　　The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

　　As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

　　我對未來充滿信心

　　尊敬的評委，各位同學：最近，社會上有一場很激烈的爭論。大學生是一種稀有特權的享有者，在很棒的地方接受高等教育。但是，我們能面對挑戰而無所畏懼嗎?我們能夠改善他人的生活嗎?我們能夠承擔建設祖國未來的.重任嗎?

　　懷疑論者說大學生是被寵壞的一代，一丁點挫折都受不了。但是他們錯了，我所看到的大學生正在努力的學習獨立生活。我們互相幫助打掃衛生，一起上街砍價購物，一起參加兼職工作來賺零花錢。

　　懷疑論者說我們除了成績什么都不關心，從而忽略了性格的培養。但是，他們又錯了。我們彼此關心，我們向往自由，我們珍惜公正，我們追求真理。上個星期，很多我的同學去驗血，為了給患血癌的孩子貢獻自己的力量。

　　作為大學生，我們是處在人生分水嶺的青年。我們都面臨一個重要的選擇：懷疑人生還是相信自己，每一種都會給我們的人生帶來重大的影響，甚至影響我們祖國的未來。我相信我們的同學們，雖然我們依然缺乏經驗，甚至有些志氣，但是我相信我們有勇氣和自信來面對生活的挑戰并承擔我們的責任。我們正努力準備接受新的任務，用我們所學習的知識將世界變得更美好。我對我們的未來充滿信心。
