　　您們好！我是來(lái)自xxx大學(xué)的xxxx，很榮幸能收到我夢(mèng)寐以求的學(xué)校的保研復(fù)試通知，來(lái)到我所向往的學(xué)府，向我的理想目標(biāo)又前進(jìn)了一步。接下來(lái)我想從3個(gè)方面向各位老師介紹的我的個(gè)人情況，分別為專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)情況介紹、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹以及個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。

　　首先我在大學(xué)期間非常注重專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)。我平常學(xué)習(xí)非常用功，在歷次的考試中都始終保持年級(jí)前十名的成績(jī)，獲得過(guò)xx次一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，xx次二等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，還憑借優(yōu)異的`學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)與綜合素質(zhì)，獲得了國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。除了夯實(shí)專業(yè)成績(jī)，還在業(yè)余時(shí)間大量閱讀各類書(shū)籍，累計(jì)超過(guò)xxx本，平均xx周完成至少xx本書(shū)籍閱讀，同時(shí)還自學(xué)完成了SPSS等常用辦公軟件，強(qiáng)化了我的知識(shí)底蘊(yùn)及實(shí)操技能。

　　其次，我還非常注重實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累。在大學(xué)期間，我積極參加學(xué)校組織的各類專業(yè)活動(dòng)，如商業(yè)規(guī)劃大賽，在比賽中，我運(yùn)用專業(yè)知識(shí)撰寫(xiě)了一份商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)，在參賽的200多份商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)中脫穎而出，進(jìn)入了前十強(qiáng)，獲得了決賽資格，并通過(guò)數(shù)輪的激烈評(píng)比，最終獲得了二等獎(jiǎng)。通過(guò)參加這些獲得充分提升了自己的商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)能力，也在數(shù)次的修改過(guò)程中加深了對(duì)本專業(yè)知識(shí)的認(rèn)識(shí)。除了參與校內(nèi)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，我還積極協(xié)助老師參與了2項(xiàng)企業(yè)綜合管理咨詢項(xiàng)目，協(xié)助企業(yè)搭建運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系，深入企業(yè)實(shí)際接觸了市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、財(cái)務(wù)、人力資源管理等工作，這些寶貴的企業(yè)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)讓我對(duì)企業(yè)管理與運(yùn)營(yíng)有了生動(dòng)的認(rèn)知，也更加深了我對(duì)企業(yè)管理的興趣。

　　最后，我為自己設(shè)計(jì)了詳實(shí)的職業(yè)規(guī)劃。我深知要想了解企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)，光靠本科知識(shí)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，所以我選擇了考取貴校的企業(yè)管理專業(yè)研究生。貴校是在企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域有著舉足輕重的地位，我一直夢(mèng)寐以求，貴校也有強(qiáng)大的師資團(tuán)隊(duì)，讓我無(wú)比向往。如果有幸能進(jìn)入貴校，我希望能在老師的指導(dǎo)下，進(jìn)一步深入研究企業(yè)管理中人力資源管理方面知識(shí)。

各位老師：

　　早上好！

　　很高興有機(jī)會(huì)能參加這次面試和各位教授交流。

　　首先，我簡(jiǎn)潔地介紹一下自己，我叫xx，今年25歲，來(lái)自xx，20xx年畢業(yè)于xx學(xué)院，所學(xué)的專業(yè)是工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。

　　其次，我想談一下我四年的大學(xué)生活，讓我學(xué)到了很多，很多的實(shí)踐讓我從從各個(gè)方面提高了自己，不但讓我學(xué)會(huì)了如何思考，學(xué)習(xí)的方法，還讓我看到了實(shí)踐的重要性，作為一名學(xué)生，我深知學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)的不易，我學(xué)習(xí)很努力，其中3年拿了學(xué)校的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，我還積極地參加各種活動(dòng)和設(shè)計(jì)大賽，曾在河南理工大學(xué)首屆和第二屆青少年科技文化節(jié)中分別榮獲攝影大賽優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)和節(jié)徽設(shè)計(jì)大賽二等獎(jiǎng)．在20xx年中的張江杯設(shè)計(jì)大賽中工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)類中設(shè)計(jì)的筆記本電腦榮獲優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。在大學(xué)中我也遇到了好的老師和朋友，從他們身上我學(xué)到了很多東西，這對(duì)我能力的提高和成長(zhǎng)起了很大的作用。

　　再次，我來(lái)介紹一下我的畢業(yè)之后的工作情況，我大致工作了兩年的時(shí)間，第一年是在福建迪特工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)公司，擔(dān)任工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師，主要從事產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)工作，曾在設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)的帶領(lǐng)下為參加多個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目—泉州佳樂(lè)集團(tuán)開(kāi)發(fā)的可視門(mén)鈴設(shè)計(jì)和輝煌水暖xx年的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。其中為輝煌水暖開(kāi)發(fā)命名為龍的水龍頭已投入生產(chǎn)并獲得了好評(píng)。第二年是在福建文創(chuàng)太陽(yáng)能有限公司工作，擔(dān)任設(shè)計(jì)師，主要的工作為太陽(yáng)能燈具和音響的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，公司畫(huà)冊(cè)的設(shè)計(jì)；為公司的設(shè)計(jì)的多款太陽(yáng)能燈具已投入生產(chǎn)，并受到了客戶的好評(píng)，在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)小組共同努力下設(shè)計(jì)的太陽(yáng)能音響已進(jìn)入了產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試階段，在公司的期間曾多次到車間深入了解材料工藝模具加工和產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，多次到廣交會(huì)順德工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)博覽會(huì)了解市場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品信息。

　　最后，我想談一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜歡做設(shè)計(jì)，當(dāng)看著自己的創(chuàng)意和產(chǎn)品得到別人認(rèn)可的時(shí)候是一件無(wú)比興奮的事情；還有就是兩年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)讓我認(rèn)識(shí)到我專業(yè)知識(shí)的局限，感覺(jué)在設(shè)計(jì)方面還有很多東西要學(xué)，自己的知識(shí)和能力還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，特別是在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的今天，更需要通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)來(lái)提高自己的能力，來(lái)最大化地實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值，想通過(guò)3年的.學(xué)習(xí)來(lái)對(duì)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)有個(gè)更加深入的了解，我很喜歡學(xué)校的感覺(jué)和體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，到處充滿著青春活力，有很多的機(jī)會(huì)讓你去實(shí)踐和嘗試，讓人可以深入思考和進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)的研究。

　　如果我有機(jī)會(huì)在這所學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，我計(jì)劃把自己的研究方向定為工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，因?yàn)槲野l(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)在社會(huì)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了越來(lái)越重要的作用，特別在國(guó)家由制造業(yè)大國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯?chuàng)新型國(guó)家的時(shí)候更是如此，雖然現(xiàn)在中國(guó)整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的認(rèn)可還不是很高，特別是在一些中小型企業(yè)中，但是縱觀一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的發(fā)展過(guò)程，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)將會(huì)在社會(huì)發(fā)展起到不可替代的作用。

　　隨和，自信，樂(lè)于助人，副有責(zé)任心，是我的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，有著廣泛的愛(ài)好，在空閑時(shí)間，我喜歡聽(tīng)歌，看電影，看書(shū)，打籃球，來(lái)使我更加健康，如要有機(jī)會(huì)在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，在三年中我會(huì)更加努力地學(xué)習(xí)，為將來(lái)的職業(yè)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，好的，我期待著我的研究生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的開(kāi)始。
