　　1、到了那里我認識了所有的的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各個施工隊的人員，我和他們進取的接觸，經(jīng)過他們我了解了這個工程的大體概況以及各個項目的的情景，我明白了這些項目的具體施工步驟。

　　2、經(jīng)過我每一天下工地的努力，我了解了在工程施工中應(yīng)當注意的事項(比如配筋、澆筑混凝土等注意事項)，明白了如何保證施工順利的進行，如何的能夠節(jié)省材料等等

　　3、由于平時幫忙做些資料，我熟悉了資料員的大體工作程序，工作資料以及培養(yǎng)了仔細認真的工作態(tài)度。同時我也接觸了預(yù)算和結(jié)算等方面的知識，我會努力爭取能夠獨立處理這些問題。

　　4、在工地上我不僅僅學到了土建的知識我還經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場觀察、操作對于室內(nèi)裝飾、水電安裝等方面的知識也有了必須的了解

　　5、由于原先做過測量，來到那里我能順利的操作水準儀和全站儀等儀器，能夠獨立的為施工隊伍算工程量等等。

　　6、其他方面，來到九寨工地我認識了很多朋友和同事，閑暇之余我就會向他們請教一些和工作相關(guān)的.知識，雖然有的時候不能得到滿意的答案，可是我覺得和他們相處很愉快，如果他們有需要我會盡力幫忙他們。

　　7、在工作中我也存在著許多不足之處，比如有時候后不夠主動，由于剛接觸這個工程對于一些細節(jié)方面處理的也不是很完善，我相信以后我必須會努力做到更好

　　雖然僅有短短的三個月，但學到了很多，感悟了很多，以及對自身一些不足的地方得到了改善與提升，我相信理論加實踐必須會讓我走向成功，同時增進了對公司文化的更深了解，看到公司的發(fā)展，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，也更加迫切的期望以一名正式員工的身份為公司做貢獻。

　　在這次的試用期當中，我學習到了學校課本上所學不到的東西，今后我將更加加強自身實踐性的學習，盡快讓自我成長起來，獨當一面地去為單位坐出應(yīng)有的貢獻。

　　工作和生活中，我一向嚴格要求自我，遵守公司的各項規(guī)章制度。盡心盡力，履行自我的.工作職責，認真及時做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的每一項任務(wù)。當然我在工作中還存在必須的問題和不足，比如：對業(yè)務(wù)不太熟悉，處理問題不能得心應(yīng)手，工作經(jīng)驗方面有待提高；對相關(guān)知識情景了解的還不夠詳細和充實，掌握的技術(shù)手段還不夠多；需要繼續(xù)學習以提高自我的知識水平和業(yè)務(wù)本領(lǐng)，加強分析和解決實際問題的本領(lǐng)；同時團隊協(xié)作本領(lǐng)也需要進一步增強等。

　　經(jīng)過一個多月的試用期，自我努力了，也提高了不少，學到了很多以前沒有的東西，我想這不僅僅是工作，更重要的是給了我一個學習和鍛煉的機會。
