我的元旦My New Year's Day

(My New Year's Day) 我的元旦

It’s the New Year's Day today. I got up very early! I heard the bird singing in the trees. After breakfast, my mum, my father and I went to the local park. Everything was beautiful there.

今天是新年的第一天。我很早就起床了!我聽見鳥兒在樹上歌唱。早餐后，我爸爸媽媽和我去當地的公園。那里所有的一切都很美。

We saw many boats in the lake. Later on, we went to my grandfather’s home. There are many trees and some flowers. At seven o’clock, we went home. It’s a happy day today.

我們看到湖面上有許多船。后來，我們去了爺爺家。有許多樹和花。在七點的時候，我們就回家了。今天是快樂的一天。

元旦New Year’s Day

The New Year’s Day is on January 1st, in this year, people will have one day’s off, and it is different from before. On that day, I am going to travel to Nanning, I haven’t been to Nanning for two years, I miss the days there, I will visit my friends. I will have a good time.

元旦在一月一號，在今年，人們放一天假，這和往年不同。在元旦那天，我準備去南寧玩，我應經有兩年沒去南寧了，我想念在南寧的日子，我將要拜訪我的朋友。我將要度過美好的時光。

New Year's DayChinese

New Year starts with the New Moon on the first day of the new year and ends on the full moon 15 days later. The 15th day of the new year is called the Lantern Festival, which is celebrated at night with lantern displays and children carrying lanterns in a parade.

中國的新年開始于第一天的新月升起時，結束于滿月15天之后。新年的第十五天被稱為元宵節，那天晚上用燈籠展來慶祝，孩子們提著燈籠游行。

The Chinese calendar is based on a combination of lunar and solar movements. The lunar cycle is about 29.5 days. In order to "catch up" with the solar calendar the Chinese  an extra month once every few years. This is the same as adding an extra day on leap year. This is why, according to the solar calendar, the Chinese New Year falls on a different date each year.

中國陰歷是基于月球和太陽運動的結合。太陽的周期是29.5天。 為了與陽歷相符，中國每隔幾年就會插入一個月。這和天閏年多了一天是一樣的。這就是為什么，按照陽歷，每年農歷新年都是在不同的日期。

New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are celebrated as a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. The celebration was traditionally highlighted with a religious ceremony given in honor of Heaven and Earth, the gods of the household and the family ancestors.

慶祝除夕和元旦是家庭的事，是團聚和感恩的時候。傳統的慶祝活動是以宗教儀式來強調天地，家里的神仙以及祖先。

The sacrifice to the ancestors, the most vital of all the rituals, united the living members with those who had passed away. Departed relatives are remembered with great respect because they were responsible for laying the foundations for the fortune and glory of the family.

祖先們的犧牲是所有的儀式中最重要的，把活著的與那些已經去世了的聯合在一起。已經逝世的親戚寄予尊重，因為他們為家庭的財富和榮耀打下了基礎。

The presence of the ancestors is acknowledged on New Year's Eve with a dinner arranged for them at the family banquet table. The spirits of the ancestors, together with the living, celebrate the onset of the New Year as one great community. The communal feast called "surrounding the stove". It symbolizes family unity and honors the past and present generations

紀念祖先們的存在是在除夕晚上為他們為他們安排一個家庭宴會。祖先們的精神與活著的人永遠在一起，慶祝一個偉大的群體新的一年的開始。共同盛宴稱為“圍爐”。這象征著家庭過去和現在這一代的團結和榮譽。
