某業內知名的外資辦公場所設施生產銷售公司(主要產品為辦公樓宇內的高級隔斷及天花吊頂設施)欲招聘以下職位(工作地點：上海)
Title: Deputy Factory and Purchase Manager
Role and objectives
1. Look into and meet regulatory and statutory requirements affecting manufacturing operati and the environment.
2. Manage the activities of production, procurement, outsourcing, warehousing, inventory control, delivery and others.
3. Maintain quality control systems for manufacturing, outsourcing, procurement and other procedures.
4. Oversee the coordination of orders for raw materials, supplies, equipment and others required.
5. Oversee the buying price of all incoming materials.
6. Plan production policy in cultation with other officers.
7. Plan details of production activity in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time, and labor requirements.
8. Work out and oversee the implementation of production run schedules.
9. Prepare work plans to achieve planned production and direct production control activities.
10. Control use of production plant facilities through planning of maintenance, the setting of operating hours and supply of parts and tools.
11. Coordinate and direct implementation of safety requirements and make sure that statutory requirements are met.
12. Direct research into new and improved production methods and products.
13. Control the preparation of production records and reports.
14. Provide advice and information on production to other managers.
15. Control, direct and monitor production staff, organize staff selection, training, development and utilization.
16. Develop suppliers for outsourcing materials.
Tentative Profile
Will be based in SH but regular trips to other cities for development of suppliers.
Solid background in high-end manufactured products and related services, preferably in similar partition business, ctruction material or furniture business.
Major in technical and engineering.
Knowledge of industrial relati.
Successful record in developing suppliers for outsourced materials.
Ability to think and act strategically and creatively.
Pioneer spirit, autonomous, able to operate with little back up support.
Effective team player, willing to communicate, address critical issues.
Optimistic and persistent.
Cost ccious.
Over 8 years experience.
Average English (written and oral).
Computer skills required and operation of AutoCAD preferred.
