詞匯釋義：“國際消費者權益日” (International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights) 定于每年的3月15日，最先由國際消費者聯盟組織于1983年確定，目的在于擴大消費者權益保護的宣傳，使之在世界范圍內得到重視，促進各國和地區消費者組織之間的合作與交往，在國際范圍內更好地保護消費者權益。

In my opinion, several strong measures should be adopted to fight against fake and inferior products. On the one hand, those who make them must be severely punished by the law. Although there are laws designed to protect consumers, there is not a sufficient number of law enforcers to cover all the abuses of the marketplace. Hence, consumers should learn to discern between true and false. Only in this way can they defend their own legal rights and interests.

依我看，必須采取若干措施來與假冒偽劣產品斗爭。一方面，制假者必須依法嚴懲。另一方面，由于市場的日益復雜化消費者常會遇到欺詐行為。雖然有法律保護消費者，但是沒有足夠數量的執法者來處理市場的全部流弊。所以，消費者應該學會辨別真假。只有這樣，消費者才能維護他們的合法權益。
